2. When does FirePath collect your Data?

We may collet your Data when:

2.1. When you subscribe to our newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter we store your e-mail so we can send you updates regarding our Services, you can subscribe at anytime.

2.2. You make a purchase in our games

We collect the Data neede d to process your purchase, such as last name, first name, mailing and e-mail address, country. The Data is sent to our partner service providers that are in charge of the payment and the delivery of your purchase.

If the payment is not processed by us and it is processed by a third party provider such as ( Steam, Google, Apple ) we do not store any data.

2.3. You use your games on a computer or mobile phone

  • Your game data, where is applicable, to improve your experience and the security of our Services such as: game levels, rewards, completed game missions,statistics including the game time or the use of various features as well as the data associated with any bugs and malfunctions.
  • Your browsing data and login, where applicable, to enable the operation and security of our Services, such as: identifier of your device and the conection ( IP Address ), login dates, information concerning the browser and the operating system you use.

2.4. You interact with other players (forums, chat rooms, FirePath social media pages)

We collect Data such as your user name, IP address, date, and we save the content of your messages to allow you to interact with other players in a secure and safe enviroment.

2.5. Your are shown personalised advertisements on our Services or those of our partners

We may also use all of your Data collected ( such as age, gender , advertisement placement ) to offer you personalised advertisements, products, services or content (hereinafter referred to as “Personalised Content”) via our Services or those of our partners.

If you wish to withdraw your consent or object to the personalisation of advertisements, please go to Section 5 “What are your rights and how you exercise them”, then to the paragraph “Give and withdraw your consent”.

2.6. You contact us via the FirePath Customer Support or social media

If you contact us via the Customer Support portal, we collect Data such as your last name, first name, user name (if applicable), email address, date of birth, country, device identifier, depending on your questions or requests.

If you contact us via social media, we collect some of the Data included on your profile.

We only use this Data to appropriately respond to your questions and requests.

3. How long does FirePath keep your Personal Data?

Unless the law specifies a different retention period, FirePath will only keep your Data for the time strictly necessary to carry out the operations for which the Data has been collected by FirePath

4. How does FirePath share your Persona Data?

We may share your Data with:

  • The partners wo use your Data to provide you with personalised advertisements or Personalized Content such as Admob( Advertisement company that belong to Google )
  • Administrative or judicial authorities, to verify the proper use of the Data by FirePath or for the purposes of an investigation, in compliance with applicable law. FirePath always verifies the legitimacy of the request.

5. What are your rights and how you exercise them?

Obtain a copy of your Data – “Right of access and data portability”: At any time you can request a copy of the Data associated with your Account. You may also consult the Data, use it yourself or transfer it to another service provider.

Give and withdraw your consent – “Right to object and withdraw your consent”: At any time, you may withdraw your consent or object to the receipt of newsletters or advertising emails, the personalisation of advertisements.

Delete your Account – “Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)”: You can request the closure of your Account and the deletion of the associated Data.
